Anyone Know about Daniel Mink Divers Watch ?

I have the opportunity to buy this watch from a good pal. It is a Daniel Mink Divers watch, and I understand that it has a good ETA movement (possibly the renowned 2824 ).

Very few 'watch people' I have spoken to have heard of the make, never mind this model, but I do like the watch and it seems very well made & durable.
Has anyone any idea about the value ?

There are quite a few Daniel Mink chronographs on eBay (nearly all in the USA) but they have the Valjoux 7750 movement and are obviously much more expensive.

Any advice or history about the company would be most welcome.

I would guess it is less than 10 years old; my pal bought it secondhand a few years ago.
