G-Shock HELP!!!

Right then folks, please help a lad in distress.

I've got one of these (well very similar except mine has silver bits around the side, excuse my lack of tech speak this is not my area of expertise). It is a radio watch gubbins thing.



A few weeks ago I changed it to French time while on holiday. On coming back I tried to change it back and made a mess of it. It is 2.15am on the 2nd allegedly.

I've tried and tried and tried to reset it right but just cannot do it.

Please can someone give me a noddy 'press this then press this' explanation.

can you not google the model number for a pdf manual online?

And put in the module number that is on the case back.

mode button goes - stop watch / timer / location - once on location (dst) on the left hand dial use adjust to set the sec hand to london (near the top)
