Some Very Cool Watches... In my local jewellers!
Discussion
Apologies, don't know why this came up as O/T.
So there was I, wanderin' round the local shopping centre today.
Looked at the usual watch selection in one of the local jewellers, nothing special.
So off I wander to buy a bit more 'stuff'.
However, on my way back past, I'm now looking at the other side of their display, and among the rings there is a small display of pre-owned watches. I've never seen this before. They are all in mint condition, some with guarantees.
Now I'm new to the watch aficianado forum, but I wonder what people might make of these?
Omega Speedmaster, Automatic Chronograph, choice of 2, 1995 & 1998, both £1495.
Seiko Automatic Chronometer, 1962, £295.
Omega Automatic 9 ct gold, fully serviced, 12 month guarantee, 1961, £595.
Ladies Rolex Date Just, Automatic Chronometer, in box £5895 (more diamonds than you can shake a stick at!)
Breitling Chromometer, 2004, £3200
And finally a stunning, as new looking, with all the original links that could fit easily around two wrists, a ladies gold Rolex with enamel dial, 1916, £395. The colour was almost salmon in appearance.
The quality of all of these watches was as new.
