Right, so have had a windfall. Want a Franck Muller.

I like this a lot.

Listed as £5k new.

Anyone know where I can get one second hand with a warranty, or big discount on a new one please?

Dom??

This one is up and under your budget, however it's an 02

This one looks nice on the Brown leather strap, 10th Anniversary and unused too

Soovy, have a look on Chrono24.com. They normally have a few Casablancas around there ( I was going for one, before I saw a Crazy Hours at a good price).

The hands do not match the dial! It's the horological equivalent of a Cayenne Turbo on 13" steel wheels.

Are you after a Casablanca with orange numerals or any colour combination? This is quite cool - A 'Black Casa':

Sorry Tony.

Adrian, how do you stand on IWC? Personally I just don't 'get' IWC or JLC watches. They just don't do it for me in any shape, form or function. Except maybe the extreme complications....

Is that because they don't look like anything special? Understated? wink

Nor does a Black faced Daytona, but I think they look great, I must admit I don't get IWC's But I do think JLC reverso's do look very special, and one day will own one.

Try Johnny Marr at Ancient and Modern in Blackburn-he can usually get hold of Franck Muller at a good discount. Not bought off him myself but 3 good friends have on numerous . occasions and all have been satisfied.
I had a windfall a while back and treated myself to a Conquistador King Cortez Chrono, fully diamond encrusted.Don't wear it very often but a lovely watch.
