Thought I'd have a bit of fun here and launch a new thread we can update whenever we have been in a meeting (or social event) and we spot some tasty metal in the room.

Was at a customer meeting today and spotted:
Omega PO 45.5 on SS bracelet - customer 1
Tag Heuer Grand Carrera Calibre 17RS2 (black titanium with black leather/red stitching strap - lovely) - customer 2
Omega SMP - my boss
Fortis B42 Pilot Chrono - me

Depending on which Omega SMP, you might have won the prize for the coolest watch. 2254.50? 1970s SM300? Bond? The first two are like Royal Flush and Straight Flush in poker at your table. Yours would be the Four of a Kind. biggrin

Not seen anything nice in a meeting but meeting up with some old mates in London last month (loose tie in I know) I was introduced to one guy and instantly recognised a rolex sea dweller but with a very greyed out look to it. A bit of conversation and the guy had on a 70's version. Very nice.

Recent meeting:

Orange PO: me
No-date Sub (very tasty) on oyster bracelet
Breitling Aerospace on Pro 2 bracelet
Longines dress watch on leather
And the tattiest, naffest Casio digital watch on the most horrible bracelet I've ever seen. Poverty not an issue; the chap in question is minted. Perhaps it was ironic, but then perhaps not; he was wearing a brown jacket with leather patches on the elbows. No lie.

Very few watches here... spotted a Seamaster, a Breitling Colt, a Rado and a Speedmaster, but that's about it (aside from whatever I'm wearing).

Amusingly, two people here have an 80's digital Casio...
