tag microtimer wanted.
Discussion
I know there not to everyone's taste but really fancy one, left it too late as no longer made, have tried to find one available at usual second hand places but to no avail, so I reach out to you wonderful chap and chapesses.
It you know of where one is up for sale, would prefer to not have to deal with eBay, then please let me know.
Likewise if you have one and fancy a quick sale feel free to pm me. Not worried about cases and such like as will go into my own watch box, but must be in good condition and of course real!
Thanks for any help and may Pistonheads succeed where Google has failed.

LONG time lurker, but first time poster. I have a microtimer I've had for a couple of yearsand due to other watch purchases no longer wear it, and it's been worn about 10 times. However, it's not your usual Microtimer.
It's the special edition diamond unisex version, with just over 2 carats of diamonds on the face. The original strap was black nylon which I didn't like, so I paid extra for a genuine tag alligator skin strap.
Have everything, inner and outer boxes, paperwork etc. etc. I bought it originally from the Tag outlet store in New York, in August 08
Got some crappy pics, if you're interested can take more on the weekend when I'm back home

With regards to the diamond version its definitely not my cup of tea but surely the fact that it is so ridiculous makes it sublime. Just like using a radical as an everyday car it's sheer madness. And the world ,in my opinion, is better for diversity and if there's someone mad enough to buy and wear such a thing all The better
Next point I've found one on a site called watchscouth.com apparently they have four at 1100 euro, has anyone used them before?

Quick update of interested, watch has been saved for me at the tag outlet in York, price a bit higher than I was hoping for as wanted to pay less than £1k but I knew of I didn't buy it due to it being slightly overpriced I would always regret having chance to buy a new one and passing on it.
Will post some photos when I get it should be either Thursday or Monday.
Thanks for all the help in getting this model, and may I never think of how much I spent on a quartz digital watch, and concentrate on tags lie that it is a far higher precision instrument than any other digital watch!

Also, and sorry for another question, can anyone remember the rrp? I remember it being £1250, but they are adamant it was £1600 and that is why they have set the price at just over £1k. If this is correct then fair dues but certain it was the lower figure which means not much off for a at least 5yr old watch.
Quick update from a long time back in case anyone is interested.
Didn't get the watch from tag outlet as too high a price and covered in scratches, search then went food as supply seems to be drying up of good ones. Was offered my brother in laws a few months ago, but wasn't sure if I was keeping my job at the time so held off then he got food feet about selling it.
Anyway woke up yesterday to an email from watchfinder.co.UK with a stock update, clicked on the tag symbol an Lo and behold they had a microtimer in.
One quick phone call later where they suggested I made an offer at exactly the same point I was thinking (is being sold sor) and after 6 long years I finally have one.
They are servicing ,polishing and cleaning, and changing the battery for le in the price and quoting a 2nd July delivery,
Thanks to all that helped, not only in this post but the others I have put up, and I promise photos soon.
