Werners & Service Centres
Discussion
Good Afternoon All
I'm usually a bit of a forum 'lurker' but decided to ask for some advice in this section.
I recently purchased a watch from Werners on the 19th July. Very impressed with the quality of the watch and the service and all was fine. However, a couple of weeks later the second hand mechanism developed a fault and i was given the service centre address in Germany. I sent the watch back and tracked it via Royal Mail. As yet i haven't heard anything or had the watch returned to me. I've probably worn it for a week since purchasing. As you can understand, i am a little bit upset with this. I have chased Werners for any contacts or updates but while I've had replies I've just been told that it takes time (which i appreciate).
so my question is, has anybody else had the same issue or should i be progressing this further. The way i currently see it is that i have paid over £100 for something which i am not using. I've been asked to post it to Germany (additional costs) which i did and its now fallen into a black hole...
Look forward to any help..
Many Thanks

I have bought a few watches from Werners and have been impressed with quality and service provided by Nick.
One of the watches developed a fault and I too was told to send it back to Germany, which worried me a little.....
However once I knew it had arrived by tracking the delivery I was patient and waited.
Within about a fortnight the watch arrived back, as good as new, with no charge, of course.
I have no connection with Werners and can fully appreciate the initial posters concerns but feel that one needs to be patient in the circumstances......
I am sure that Nick will help if anything does go wrong!
Hope this helps.............
