Is this a complete no-no ? And only acceptable if it's unitentional ?

I have a hankering to find a pair of black & red links to complement my Carrera Monaco.

Comments and insults welcome...

Isn't there a risk of damaging the watch in some way, maybe by scratching the crystal or chipping it if you bounce the cufflinks off a doorframe or desk?

I'm with GW here -- gentlemen never match jewellery to clothing. a major faux pas unless you're a bird....then flip the rules....and 5X the price of kit ;-)

I've got some very like these, I rotate them with my other cufflinks, don;t care if they match anything else I'm wearing. Just look smart.

That's coincidental Doc, I have also have a very similar pair of Tateossians...

Normally pair wear them with my U-Boat and wondered if this is a trend I should follow with my Tag.

I am getting worryingly metro-sexual here...

I would never wear gold cufflinks with my SS watch.

When I wear my dinner jacket I wear black, white and SS cufflinks, with black and SS dress-studs and my black and SS watch.

With a lounge suit I wear SS cufflinks and the same watch.
