Baume et Mercier help please?

Hello all,
I haven't been about for a while, since my Panerai quest ended (I ended up buying a 305
)
And so to the chase...
I bought my fiancee a Baume and Mercier watch on impulse a few weeks back. A few details:-
It was a 'rushed' buy. To say the least.
We didn't have time to look at the movement, but it is a mechanical hand wind.
We were told by the (very reputable) jeweller it was an ex stock item, un worn but dating from circa 2000.
White gold, sapphire face, cabochon sapphire in the crown, black lizard strap.

Currently we are trying to research this watch. Unfortunately the jeweller has sent it off for some minor restoration so we don't have the model number.
Can anybody please help?

That Cabochon looks rather iffy.

Yes we have looked at nigh on every image on google images.
We also know some stone specialists who tell us it may well be coshure.
The issue is that the watch is offered at 'at least ten years old'...and that pretty much pre dates any B&M info on the net I can find on the net.
TBH I'm not 'that' bothered about validity of the watch....she loved it, I bought it for her. It was £600....but I would have done the same if it was £60 or £6000.
Sounds daft I Know, but to her, she wants to know i've spent my money on something 'real'
