Hi, is removing the bezel on a sub to clean behind a easy job or is it best left alone?

Hi chap,

If the bezel is gritty providing she's still water resistant run the watch under warm water and rotate the bezel.

Its not gritty but doesnt have a positive ratchet feel like it should do.

Didn't the old Rolex Subs use a friction bezel so no ratcheting function? Don't overuse the ratchet bezels as they eventually fatigue and need servicing.
