Maurice Lacroix.........
Discussion
A new Maurice Lacroix will depreciate heavily as soon as you've bought the watch, so aim for either a second hand one or lots and lots of discount in store! Generally not held in as high regard as an Omega or Breitling ... Which models are you looking at?
It might be worth trying a few watches on before you make your final decision. If you prefer the ML, go for it! However an Omega or Breitling may persuade you otherwise

Thanks for your comments, it would be a second hand model, either a quartz double date chrono or one of the LE model 300m diver chronos made for the German market, both I believe from the Miros range. I think the 300m chrono uses the same quartz movement as the Breitling, however can't find much on the double date chrono, & I know what you mean about 2nd hand values!!!
