A quick PVD question,

I have added a PVD watch to the ever growing " list "

If i was to wear the watch for normal everyday use will it look scratched and tatty after say a year? or is PVD bullet proof ?

thanks.

It depends is the base metal stainless or Ti? Also where will the watch be worn?

Hi, the case is stainless steel,

My main worrie was all the little scratches i seam to pick up on my other watches in general use dont look to bad ,but if it was pvd they might look tatty. If iam at work or working on the car ect ect i wear a G-Shock.

Hi there,

PVD and DLC can easily be 10times harder than the base stainless steel generally speaking so shouldn't wear to much with careful use. And the biggest wear points would be the bracelet clasp and case edges.
