best place to sell a Rolex

I have a Rolex Explorer 2 (black dial) that i maybe selling..! (5 years old, all the papers and box)


Anybody know of any buyers giving good cash at the mo - and what do you think i would get for it?

Great watch, one of the most comfortable I've worn and the watch that put an 18 month hold on my 'flipping' habit!

As mentioned, TZ-UK would be the best place to sell but you need to get involved in the forum before selling stuff on there. As for price, I always think knocking two to three hundred off the price that Blowers Jewellers charge is a fair way to gauge it. For an '05 in fair condition I'd have thought £2400 would be fair.

I paid a bit less than that for my 2005 minter, but Christmas is coming so you may get lucky.

Hi Simon - I actually sold it only to buy another from Damasko a few months later
The new ones going nowhere though.
