Ladies Omega or Rolex

Dear All,

I'm looking to buy the wife a new watch (something special) and I'm looking for opinions on the constellation or datejust.

The steel constellation is nice but a couple of year ago a saw a 18ct White gold one which was stunning and I wish I purchased it then (Omega on Bond St).

Any suggestions ?
