Bit of an evening watch, i know its not a Tag, and i know its also as German as i am, but i love it.
Its a hand wound skeleton watch, and after switching the terrible original strap looks fab!
all for well under £70! (strap and change included)

when you look closely you can see it was built for 12p, but i don't have to worry about having it knicked, or have in the back of my mind im wearing over £1k.

Wife brought me this. Not the best, but great value for money, and the strap is not as bad as I thought. I will only wear it on rare occasions

Under the tree this morning from wifey - bit of an expensive weekend/holiday watch but means the Sub stays locked away. I love it.

Not the best pic.

The thing about Aeromatics is that although it says Germany, they're actually Chinese watches. And you know what they say about having a Chinese... it's not long before you want another... hence I have so many Chinese watches.

A sub is hardly any more prestigious or valuable than a PO though?

got hit with a bit of a leftfield number this morning

Had one of these when i was 7. We've been a bit strapped for cash lately and didn't want to go big for xmas, so she got me this. She couldn't believe the look of joy on my face when I saw it. Plays the old star wars tune in a dodgy 8 bit style and a little tie fighter dots across the screen

Love it

Nothing for me this year, but I bought my wife one of those Toy Watches. Their silver grey take on the Rolex Daytona, in fact. Astonishingly plasticky crappy things for the money, but it keeps good time and it is what she wanted. She who must be obeyed and all that...

I did wonder why they had become so popular, they seem very cheap and nasty!

I cannot tell you how happy i was when i opened that gift. I'm a complete geek and love anything Star Wars/geeky......then she'd got me a Pac-Man Moleskin as well, something else i'd been wanting to get, she's been like some great pressy ninja this year

I've never had a watch. Maybe as kid. Until now. Johnny bought me this beautuful gift for Christmas. And I love it (and him).

Tag Heuer ladies Formula One ceramic diamonds.

Apologies for the iPhone pics. I've had a bottle or so of Champagne and some B52s.

And I'm still in shock.

All the best my Ninja friend, been busy so PH has been neglected for a day or two. Your top quote is so right. wink
Cheeky sod. None of my Chinese watches are broken. Apart from one that had a screwdriver applied to it. redface

I didn't receive a watch for Xmas, but I did receive a rather nice pen from my girlfriend! It's a Porsche Design P3140 in carbon fibre:

You have to shake it to extend and retract the ball point, which is rather cool! It is quite small in size, but has a good weight to it ... smile
