Does such a watch exist? Your help needed.

I've agreed to try & help a work colleague source a watch and could do with your suggestions that comply with as many of his criteria as follows:-

Pilot style 3 hander
Date / Day - date if possible
42mm dia case size minimum.
White face.
Vintage preferred - 1979 is his birth-year so that would be a nice bonus, but it's not essential.

The budget is £2,000.00

That Fortis is not a 3-hander though.

A DA37 fits the bill except for the vintage and its a shade small at c. 40mm

The new DA46 is 42mm, so that's an option.

Can't see the vintage box getting ticked, so any more contemporary recommendations?
