Watches in duty free - prices

Flew out of Singapore last night and whilst wandering around T3 thought I would have a look at and company DFS watch prices.
I picked 3 different watches that interest me and that I thought others here may find as a good baseline
1 - IWC Portugeser 7 day ss - $SG14,299
2 - Rolex Oyster day date - $SG9,322
3 - Omega speed master Pro - $SG4,643
Prices are on ticket and before any bartering.
