Ok had this omega watch for 4 years, had two new rubber straps under warrenty, also had to have a repair again under warrenty which was the chrono not stopping when pressing the top button............thats now happend again but this time its out of warrenty. My question is. The Omega outlet in the Trafford Center, does it do repairs in the day ? if booked in prior. Disapointed really, has anybody else had any problems with their Planet Ocean?

I doubt any Omega outlet specializes in repairs ... They would ask you to send the watch back to Omega in Switzerland, which carries a long 8-12 week wait.

Lots of people here recommend two companies. One is: http://www.rytetimewatchrepairs.co.uk/

Not too sure on the other, but I believe it's more Omega based than the one I mentioned!

I doubt if the watch will be sent to Switzerland. Omega's official UK repairer is Swiss Time Services based in Essex. I had my Seamaster serviced by them 18 months ago. Took two weeks.

Yes £3500k had the same repair done before in 2009 October so that repair would have had a 12 mts warrenty so thats now run out, but a phone call won't do any harm will try them see what they have to say.
