Chaps,

An idea would the caseback below look cool port holed? the idea being the tsunami wave will be drilled and the caseback turned so a glass can be fitted.

I guess it depends on which part of the movement you can see through the porthole,It might not be that interesting to look at? also on a £100 watch people might not want to spend to much on mods ? it might look really good though ,i have not seen it before.

It's just an idea really some guys want to make their watch unique. Fyi You would only see the rotor spinning still an idea anyway.

Yobokies can sell you a direct replacement clear caseback.

I looked into it, and this is just my opinion, it's a tool watch, and the movement really isn't finished for showing off. I didn't bother in the end.

Not IMHO. I'm not familiar with that movement, but apart from the ETA 2892, I cant think of many rotor hubs I think look better than the wave already there. Now a glass back with the wave in the centre, perhaps. biggrin
