Would like to find one of these. But only with the additional digital face on the strap. I can't find much info on the digital strap. Was it an extra? Or a a specific version of the watch? How much extra does it cost over the normal version?

Try searching for 'Breitling Emergency with Co-Pilot module' or variations thereof. I think that is how Breitling refer to the digital module fitted between the case lugs and the bracelet/strap. The module may also be available as an analogue quartz display.

As Spice said, the strap is known as the co-pilot. It's sold separately and available to match your existing watch body, i.e. titanium or stainless steel. Have seen them for sale already attached to watches, however the last time I saw one for sale on its own was in the US early last year for $1500+ tax, that was for the titanium strap, from an AD with a significant discount.
