Watch case and bracelet refinishing ? Who / where ?

Looking to tap into the PH watch wisdom thats here.

I have a brushed steel Raymond Weil that my other half has been wearing and its starting to look quite tired, scratches and scuffs generally, who do you guys know of or use for that kind of work and what should i expect to pay ???
