Do people go to bed in their watches ?

I hate having a clock be on at night, as the light annoys me, so I have a watch so I can see what time it is. otherwise I'd have to scrabble around trying to get my watch.
Fair enough, I have a projector clock that puts the time onto the wall in red light but doesn't illuminate the room. I wouldn't feel comfortable with a watch on my wrist in bed.Hmmm good question...
I used to sleep wearing a watch all the time when I was in my teens, mostly because I was wearing cheap rubber Casio's, Swatch watches, and stuff with Velcro straps so it was never uncomfortable.
However a few years later I got into buying chunky stainless watches with metal straps and I just don't find them comfortable in bed due to the weight and size.
