I've recently taken up cycling to and from work along an off road track for the best part of 30 miles. Is the constant shuddering likely to do any damage to an automatic watch?

Lol. There is quite a big drop so that isn't part of the plan.

My Orange Monster never had a issue with it but my wrist had an issue with the watch. After enough bumps and jumps the watch actually ended up cutting my wrist! Never worn a watch when mountain biking since.

Perfect excuse for a new G Shock / Suunto / Pathfinder.
