Anyone bought from watchstrapsdirect.co.uk ?

As per the title really.

I ordered some spring bars, a battery and some straps from them 2 weeks ago and have not heard or received anything.

Called the phone number on the website and left messages and sent emails but nothing back.

Paid by Paypal so if nothing by the end of the coming week I'll lodge a complaint with them to get the money back but wondered if anyone else had a better experience with them ?

I have used this one before http://www.thestrapshop.co.uk/index.html and had a good experience - the deployment clasp I bought was loose so I emailed the chap and he sent me another one FOC. Very good service IMO.

Had a mail finally yesterday saying that they had not seen any previous mails or voice messages and that the goods had been dispatched.

Let's see what happens.
