Looking For Workshop space / share in beds.

I live in north beds and currently use a pair of 20 foot containers for workshop / storage. im looking for something bigger and possibly someone to share with, im happy to share tools as long as people are honest and its a you brake it you fix it approach. i own a large mig welder, plasma cutter and lathe along with a 150l compressor.

anyone know of anywhere, must be no more than £200 a month for my share of the rent etc.

Replied, good size unit and good price too but lacks electrics and running water, for an industrial unit id expect electrics running water and toilet facilities. good spot if your just looking for storage though im looking for workshop space.

Only a couple of weeks left before I move in with the Missus I am now desperate for a lock up anything within 20 miles of Letchworth considered

There's a thread in the business section along this lines - short version is any business premises will be subject to business rates and make the costs a little prohibitive...

Yep need to stick to farm buildings as most don't seem to be subject to business rates. That said there are some pretty nice farm buildings about!

I think I'd want the ability to put a 2 post lift in...

I need space for a car trailer and a car plus a few tools and room to sneeze. It's a race car but I don't intend to do any heavy mechanics, just storage and tinkering. A lift is always useful but I wouldn't put one in unless sharing with someone else

Ideally just want a decent space, secure, with power that I can share with 1 or 2 other like minded PH'ers.

Ive got a transit camper and 7 replica to work on, plus storage for large rollcab lathe welder compressor etc, very intrested, as for budget im pretty flexible, and the camper wont nessicarily have to be inside either
