I hope the mods will forgive the multi threads on this but as it's at such short notice and the show gets 6-800 display cars and thousands of visitors many of whom are PHers

Kimbolton Country Fayre and Charity Classic - 15 July
Is cancelled this year due to waterlogged grounds of Kimbolton Castle School

As this is an event which entirely raises funds for for charity it's not able to risk a late cancellation that would incur a high financial penalty so after consulting with Kimbolton Castle School the show has had to be cancelled this year

Please notify anyone you know that may be attending

As this is an event that entirely raises funds for for charity it's not able to risk a late cancellation that would incur a high financial penalty so after consulting with Kimbolton Castle School the show has had to be cancelled this year

It's a great shame for the visitors, displayers, traders, the organisers that have been working on this for the past 12 months, the organisers who have built and maintained this show from its origins for the last 22 years

Most of all it's a shame for the charities that would have benefited as all proceeds went to them, around £15,000

So I don't think the decision would have been taken lightly

Please notify anyone you know that may be attending and if you can spread the word

Indeed.

We're having a clear out and have several vehicles for sale. I was hoping this would be prime advertising space.

Anyone going? I think it's a new show, but looks like it could have potential. smile
