Audi servicing herts

Any recommendations? Used main dealer in the past but they were pretty rubbish too be honest.

I'm thinking about using mark tempest in WGC after reading good reviews. They don't seem to do courtsey cars though.

I've used a place in St Albans on the Hatfield Road that specialises in German cars. They have good reviews but 3 things have put me off:
1. a customer had booked their car for brake work and wanted to wait, for whatever reason the mechanics got pretty shirty with him and basically told him he can't wait? I sat there quietly and watched on. Good magazines to read though.
2. They forgot to reset my serivce computer
3. The left a boost pipe off which I noticed when I drove it.

So relatively minor but I only went there once! They were also not that much cheaper than the main dealer.

yes I know the place your talking about in st albans, not too keen on them have quite a few indifferent reviews.

Where have you been previously?

I used to use Hatfield Audi and I didnt have any problems. I was looked after by a young lady called Charlie if that makes any difference. They were also very resonable with costs as I had a few extra bits of work otehr than servicing carried out.

Watford audi, bloody rubbish! as it happens its going to hatfield audi this time so will see how they compare.

Used M Chapman Autos St Albans a few months ago, was only for a quick oil change though.
Planning to use them when the wishbone bushes need replacing.

I Use Mark Tempest, and they have been very good. Also, last time I was there it looked like they had a courtesy car?? I didn't query it with them though so not 100%

So I actually ended up at Top Marques today as I recommended them to a friend for his MOT. I didn't get to see the guys out back, but the guys out front were a couple of very nice blokes, a pleasure to talk to and seemed to know what they were talking about. Certainly inclined to book my car in to them.

They're all ex main dealer staff who still train at the VW learning centre but don't have the attitude from a main dealer and I've now used them for over 2 years for two of my cars...I've used hatfield audi and MK audi and these guys smoke the level of service provided...
