Old fashioned auto electrician ??

I have foolishly bought an old Trabant (see classic car thread if of any interest), but having problems with the starter motor, I've pulled it apart it needs a bit of soldering, but it needs more expert sodering & probably a better soldering iron than I have.

Ideally I want someone who rebuilds starters etc, rather than just sells re-con units...
