Just moved out to Bucks, Hazlemere to be precise.
So nice to be finally out of London, albeit the commute into town every day is going to kill me I think.
Really nice to not ahve to deal with the hell of London traffic all the time.
Just need to find some decent local pubs now and plug into the car scene a bit.

Welcome to a more civilised world. I moved out to West Wycombe a few years ago, best thing I could have done although the commute back into town is a bit of a drag. Having said that, it's a nice feeling as pass the M25 junction coming home.
As for pubs, probably depends on what you want from a pub. Your first stop should be The Royal Standard in Penn, it's been there for hundreds of years, has a good selection of beers and good food.
Oh and the Aston Martin owners club meet there.

Glad you are settled out here now Drew, I spend most of my life in Old Town Amersham as you know.
Pubs..
The Royal Standard is definitely worth a visit although i'm sure you are already aware of that one.
I really like the Harte and Magpies, Coleshill on the Beaconsfield > Amersham road which is owned by the same lot that own the Royal Standard.
The Squirrel in Penn Street is quite nice too.
Think we need to arrange a monthly evening to kick tyres, spout s
te and put the world to rights?
