Workshops for rent in MK/Leighton Buzzard area

As title, myself and a mate of mine are looking for somewhere to have a workshop. I live in hockliffe and he is in linslade. So somewhere nearby to both would be good.

Any body know of anywhere? Be it through agents or farm owners with barns to rent out?

You haven't said whether this is for a commercial enterprise, or serious hobby, or indeed how much space you need.

But leaving that aside, your best bet is to call on some farms in your target area and ask. The idea is to get in before it gets into the hands of agents and becomes more complex and more expensive.

Also, have a think about whether you need a lease for security of tenure, or whether something like a licence with three months notice either way would be enough.

sorry should have stated. looking for somewhere for private use.

I think farms would be the best bet as you say, deal outside of agents to keep the costs down, and there are plenty in the area

Start drinking in a few of the village pubs in the area. Get talking to the locals and you will soon have plenty of options open to you, believe me.

at 22 the village pub hasn't ventured onto my seen of watering holes yet, however I think I will have to give it a shot

Give them a go mate. Some of the village locals near you are well worth a visit, and you often see a lot of nice motors. The Boot in Soulbury and The Unicorn in Cublington are good.
