Workshop required - witrhin 20 miles of Aylesbury

My BiL is looking for a workshop suitable for wood working, gate making, etc, within 20 miles of Aylesbury. Preferably with a 3 phase supply, but anything suitable please let me know via PM and I will pass it on.

Cheers, PM, I will pass it on. Was worried looking at it that it might be too "office based", but they do offer industrial space, so looking hopeful.

My suggestion is that he should call at some farms in his area, and see if someone has something available. That's what I did, the place I got hadn't even been advertised. Rent is cheaper, there will always be 3 phase and things tend to be not so regimented.
