Good paint/ fill/ dent in Aylesbury and surrounding

So after misjudging the width of my driveway (due to the slag living opposite and her ste parking) my front wing has a small flat spot and a lovely scrape on the side of it.

Any recommendations for a place that can smooth and fill it, spray that and couple of other areas, spray a replacement bumper and pull a dent without bumming me over price or quality. I'm hoping for around £3-400 for the lot. Any places people have used?
