New to the area, St Ives!
Discussion
OK the title is a slight lie, been here around 2 years but I'm new to posting on PH
I see a few meets happen on occasion, I'll get stuck when I can... Any other of you lot around this area?
Also, does any one know of a good company that can apply PPF? Get a new car due at the end of the month and I'd like it prepped.
Cheers

Paintshield in Peterborough have an excellent reputation, their self healing film is said to be the best and they aren't very far from you.
Paddy328 on here does a lot detailing for Aston Martin owners and spends a lot of time there prepping owners cars ready for film, he speaks very highly of them.
Welcome to PH and a belated welcome to the region.

Hi,
I've just posted this on another topic, they also do film protection wrapping and recently did the cars for the new Bond advert
"Simon Walters at Cambridge Concours is spot on, has some very famous customers and works on cars that i would have to sell many kidneys to buy.
Not the cheapest, but had my Evoque done a couple of months back and it was faultless. TVR booked in for April.

although based in Cambridge he lives your way nad has courtesy car facility so can collect and deliver"
based in Dry Drayton so just down the road.
cheers

Very nice indeed. I'm just down the road in Ramsey so it would be good to get a local meet or something going. The fenland roads aren't bad for a drive out, either!
There is what is turning into a regular PH meet just down the road at St Neots on the first weekend of the month.Nice selection of cars last time.

Thanks! Ramsey is well located for good roads! Went straight from collecting the car to the top of the B660. Sadly behaving myself since I can't use the engine fully just yet.n3il123 said:

Only 5 miles from me (i'm Earith based) will look out for Porsche on nice new plates
Keeps ears open too, you'll hear the car before ou see it... This thing is LOUD.
Also seems to have been a da of Caymans in St Ives, seem to have seen quite a few of them parked up around town today. A white S model or grey Cayman that was parked up this evening in town belong to anyone here?
Hi all
There will be a meet on the 10th at St Neots, some nice roads going the back way from Ramsey, good mix of cars so far on the previous 2 times.
