Swansea had an airshow today, I got a few pics but I was the other side of the bay. Tornado was there, couple of Hawks, few piston thingies and a foursome Hawker Hunter display (I think?)

Hello Dom, I live in St Athan, it was four Hunters they came in and landed on the camp. Yesterday the Red Arrows were in the area too, they made a fly past at the bristol car display.

Wotcha Steve.

I was over the other side of the bay so only got the ends of the runs etc.

One of these fella's, his/her mates were around out of shot.

There was a 15 plane Hunter fly past in 2001 at Kemble ..I was living in Caldicot at the time as they flew over in formation back to kemble .truly epic,a unforgettable image of 15 hunters over head..smile

the BoB flight and red arrows were parked up at CWL last weekend, i was amused to see the way the arrows flew in parallel with the runway, banked hard at the southeast end then dropped in for a fairly casual trundle down the tarmac.

Steve, are you still at my place or moved on?

The redarrows and BoB flight going over barry were very cool, like how the redarrows marked their arrival at CWL wih a fly past! I wonder if a airtraffic bod spat his coffee out a'la top gun?
