It probably means something else in French.

In my plane spotting days I clocked some "interesting" regs.

One of my favourites was an Austrian registered Boeing 707 which was leased by Aer Lingus for a spell in 1977. A couple of years later, the aircraft was impounded by the Miami authorities for gun running.

It's registration - OE-IRA.

First time I looked at the thread there was no assocaited picture. When I went back a few hours later the picture was now visible.
