I've decided this boat is the bargain, according to the press it comes with 100,000Kg of gold, at a current price of £31.76 per gram, that's £3.17 Billion pound, so you get gold at a below market rate and a free boat!

i'm guessing they didn't buy the gold and platinum yesterday to slap it on today.
5 years ago, gold was $570 per oz, today it's $1,600.
platinum over the same period $1,200 to $1,800

a tidy profit no matter what the boat cost.

i know little about precious metals, IFA's or ISA's (have yet to try one)
but i believe platinum is the way to go for longer term gains.
most definitely not a platinum boat tho
