Hi all,

I'm looking for a good reference (Printed or online) of the F-15D - I know there are many titles for the F-15 variants (and I have a few) but none seem to exist for the D.

I'm looking to use the Acadamy 1\48th F-15E kit to produce this as the kit makes for a poor E but all the parts are there to make a reasonably good D (and C come to that). I have the decals and paints but want make sure I don't add or keep details that are just for the E or simply not for the D.

I've got n "Aeroguide F15 A, D, C, D" - it's Ok-ish. The pics are B&W mostly.

Thanks for those, but it does seem a little sparse doesn't it? Not unusual for the less glamorous models I know.

I'm not sure I will be too far wrong in making sure the details are more C like than E like and use the kit D model rear cockpit.

Thanks again.

Yeah, it almost seems like it would be better to start off with a C and convert it to a D, given things like different size airbrakes and different panel lines.
