Living at the seaside big helicopters low at night usually mean the SAR Seaking, I always worry for the person that needs them.

I do love the noise of it, But I'm struggling to sleep at the mo. I just thought it was a touch insensitive flying that low flying straight though the middle of Bristol.

I live 8 miles away as the CrowChinook fly's and always hear them (including the one at whatever time in the morning the other night). I know that they are doing an very important job and would never complain about the noise at what ever time, plus I to also love the sound of them

Get them regularly over our place in east Devon in the dead of night, at almost chimney top height. Before you can hear them the doors start rattling. Every time it happens I'm waiting for a picture to crash off the wall. No complaints though.

They fly over my house in West Sussex on a fairly regular basis at all times of the day and night.

I get pretty pissed off if they're not low enough to see the whites of the pilots eyes

I love it when it's pitch black and then suddenly.......

I thought the Seakings were on their way out and being replaced with light modner faster stuff ect ect.

We sometimes get the Met police anti terrorism one round here and thats abot it. Its not very exciting
