To be fair I'm sure there are just as many examples of problems with Boeing, but it still seems that most issues of aircraft doing weird and funky things seem to involve Airbus?

It's just my perception, which may be very wrong.

Lots of odd ball things happen to all sorts or aircraft. I dont think Airbus aircraft are unique in this respect.

You know Eric, it in some ways just doesn't surprise me. I'm not a lover of pprune, but a mere glance in the tech forums always comes up with peeps asking questions about Airbus. Airbus computers this Airbus computers that.

This incident is remote, VERY remote. I live with the thing every working day and by and large It is very reliable and extremely capable. I personally have a love/hate relationship with this machine (oh jeez am I setting my self up here? lol).

I can see where Paddy is coming from though, these bloody computers....
