91110 recently recorded a run of 162mph and was named at Railfest York heres the loco

It's definitely real. Pictures and more info in the latest issue of rail magazine. This is not a blatant plug for the magazine by the way. I just happend to have a browse of it before I did a bit of shopping in my local tesco today.

September 17th 1989 was when it achieved 162mph. "Recently" is perhaps a little tenuous!!
It is also Britain's fastest locomotive.

Am I alone in thinking photoshop and vinyl wraps have a lot to answer for, this hardly seems like a fitting or tasteful tribute. Though malachite green probably wouldn't have been appropriate on a 91.
