low flying choppers

For the last 10 mins i've had a puma and i think 2 bell choppers doing circuts.
They are all painted red white and blue and had a tv chopper with them to start with.
As i'm just around the corner from the olympic stadium i reckon it must be part of the opening cermony practice.
Very low for central london

they've been flying over me for a week or so......very low, very slow - around about 4 usually.

When i say over me, i mean over my flat in East Londonshire
