You know those times when you've a ton of stuff that needs lifted upstairs? You know you SHOULD take it in two lots, but you can't really be arsed with that. So you pick everything up, and balance the last couple of items precariously. Then stumble up the stairs, guessing where to place your feet, and swaying to balance everything.

This is like that.
