E-3 and Typhoon flyover
Discussion
I live in Ealing, close to Heathrow flightpaths and also to RAF Northolt, so am used to low-flying air traffic both civilian and military. But an almighty trumpeting roar from outside had me dashing to the window just in time to see an E-3 Sentry flanked by two Typhoons fly over at low altitude. I assume this was something to do with the Olympic/Paralympic parade in central London?
Pretty epic anyway!

No, it was actually an old Olympic Airlines 707 taking the stadium flame cauldron back home to Greece ready for the next Games.Gassing Station | Boats, Planes & Trains | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
