Question for exec helicopter pilots

Please can someone give me an approximate flight time between Manchester Airport and Silverstone for something like a Bell 222.

I guess an exact flight time from start to stop is very difficult since you have no idea if an immediate landing will be possible

Google maps puts it at 137 miles by road so say 120 miles as the crow flies. Google also says Bell 222 has max speed of around 150mph so 120 miles in 48 minutes. So about an hour taking into account take off, landing, weather, route etc.

Well there is a certain black and white 222 which can do mach 2 at a push.

I actually went for 'about fifty-five minutes.'

103 miles as the crow flies.

Bell 222 econ cruise is nearer to 160 MPH

= 38 mins.

Not sure how much to add for climb and descent or routing.

Many thanks. It actually takes off about four miles from the airport and I only picked a 222 because I like the looks. Forty-five minutes should do it, I think.
