His seats move/vibrate to cockpit indications wheels flaps etc. seats were from a Chrysler Voyager, but now has real seats from Alaska Air.

Looking at his youtube videos he spends a hell of a lot of time flying to far flung destinations as a passenger. Amazing he has the time to build what he has.

My Dsd has a collection of cockpits stored in a barn, they can be massive undertakings to restore and fit hydrolics, but he's had a range from 737's to EE lightnings.
If anyone's serious for a look or a project I can put you intouch.

I seem to remember a few years ago a chap had a fully functioning Trident sim in his barn. He used to rent it out at about £50 an hour. I know this because I have used it more than once. It was around the Biggin Hill area, no idea if he still has it.

I think he bought it off British Airways, had all the charts, but the visuals were night only.

Having been involved in building a real simulator, I can appreciate the effort he's gone to, but I can't help feel that it's a little sad TBH. That level of obsession is just unhealthy. It's a shame he can't get a job doing it for real if that's what he loves so much.
