Whilst idly browsing YouTube, I stumbled across this absolute gem.
As per the instructions, it's aimed at good quality audio playback. You may be tempted to just watch and listen via the crappy speaker on your ipad or pc. Do this and you'll spoil it.
However, you will be rewarded if you bother to watch this with a great home sound system or a good pair of earphones.
Make the effort for the first time you watch this. Really brings home an idea of the power, particularly as it physically launches.

I have this saved as one of my favourites. Best played at 95% volume with the bass turned right up. It gives your internal organs a good jiggling. Superb video, you get a good idea of just how powerful and impressive these things are/were.
We saw the launch of the Dragon cargo capsule from the Space Center last week live and that was good but to see this would have been something else. The engineering of it all and the shear brute force involved is mind-boggling.
