If you have the misfortune to see those photos in high res you will understand you are wrong the red bits are the fragments of the leading edge of the wing

In one of the shots on the link you can see her face (she is wearing a black and blue jumpsuit).
I saw the video of it crash and whilst tragic it wasn't offensive and didn't upset me. From life to death in one second is a better fate than many people get.
I wouldn't go zooming in looking for body parts though.
I was more interested to see if I could see what went wrong, but other than perhaps a sudden sidewind I didn't see any clues.

Apart from a big splutter from the exhaust just before it goes inverted - I wouldn't know if this is to be expected from this aircraft.Could possibly explain a loss of power and sudden urge from the pilot to want to get it back over again?
