Spare ticket for Waddington tomorrow -in hand-
Discussion
Just a word of warning, I went to Waddington today Sat' 130 mile trip, joined the queues 6 miles out at 08:30 took the next 2 hours to cover 4 miles only to hear on the radio that there were no more on the gate tickets left.
My fault for not buying in advance I know.
In a way I'm glad I could just turn away as if I had had tickets I would have to continue to sit in the queues and I don't think we would have got in for another couple of hours!
Moral of my story, if your going tomorrow, go early VERY early.
On the positive side we watched most of the day from a vantage point outside the airfield, so saved 58 quid and didn't have to queue to get out
