It often appears in fail compilations that video. Never driven a bout so can't name the things done wrong, other than baldy guy not wearing a kill switch? Should they all be sat down? Girl in green bikini is Fugly.

1) They film it, trouble always ensues
2) The girls still have their tops on
3) They are all standing at the back
4) The girls still have their tops on
5) something nautical

Didn't look like they were enjoying it even before they crashed.

The main mistake would appear to have been that someone said "Watch this" early on in the video. smile

Oh, and that the women were wearing too much.

Does anyone actually enjoy going fast in speed boats? biggrin

As for what went wrong, I can only assume he hit the wave/wake too fast or at the wrong angle, so he should have slowed down or changed his course beforehand.

How could you not? It's like going fast in cars, but with more danger and less predictability.

It's obvious what the biggest mistake was. Those sunglasses weren't on a chord.

I just find it really uncomfortable and even painful; not in a constant and bearable way like a single seater is, but in a constantly pounding up and down, back jarring sort of way. I wouldn't enjoy driving an off roader quickly over ground with constant harsh bumps either, or perhaps flying a plane through rough turbulence. I've been in/on speedboats/jet skis/catamarans/windsurfing over reasonably flat water (with wavelets up to a foot in height I guess), and I love the skimming/planing feeling, but as soon as the speed increases and/or the water gets rougher (as in the video the OP posted) that turns to an up and down pounding that is just deeply unpleasant as far as I'm concerned. For me it's always been something to be endured to get to a dive site or a waterskiing site; there's no way I'd want to do it for pleasure! Maybe it's just my dodgy back?

I've likened it to driving fast over a bumpy road with a rear passenger repeatedly punching you in the kidneys.

Or turning too fast and hitting a wave side on?

Miserable sod wasn't he?

biggrin Sounds about right! To be honest, most sports have positives and negatives. My old sport of motor racing was dangerous, expensive and somewhat uncomfortable, but I loved it so that outweighed those negatives. With speedboats the negatives are as described (plus danger and expense), but I happen to not really enjoy speedboats so don't have any positives. If you do and the positives outweight the negatives, then that's great! smile

Oldy but a goody :-)

Someone should have given the baldy tw*t driving a bump on the head sooner IMO, around 1:40 where he puts the hammer down would have been good.

Nice to see they had a radio and first aid kit onboard.... (probably left it at the quay to leave room for beer and t-shirts for the lads :-)

As they are landing after the first big ramp, you can clearly see him put the hammer down on both engines - that would cause the rather significant lateral acceleration which leads to the dude eating the cockpit sole and the girl shoving her face in the other's ass.

Which chord should they have been on? C Major? F Minor?
