I was hoping to read a thread with some informed debate in this section, rather than most of the tripe in the papers, but nothing?

What happened guys do you think?

Perhaps there's a small thread in the news section?

You never know your luck.

Not only did the aircraft go missing - but so did the related thread.

Very strange.

Given it's filled entirely with supposition, guesses and batst crazy tinfoilhattery you're perhaps best giving it a miss; facts are in short supply as no-one knows where it is or what happened.

This thread, as the title suggetsed is for boats, planes and trains. And as the plane is missing, there is no plane to talk about. Hence no thread....

I first heard about this on Sunday on a flight back from Australia from a backpacker, whilst watching the wing bounce up and down violently with the turbulence "Nice".

So they got a satellite photo of what might have been wreckage, but by the time they got round to looking at the photo the wreckage had drifted away...

They really don't seem to be very good at this do they?

Probably the most predictable posting that there was ever going to be on this thread,i hope none of your family or fiends were on the plane

I regularly pack aeroplanes with fiends and send them off into the wide blue yonder.

Your faux outrage is far more predictable and cringeworthy.

What's as bemusing at the disappearance of a 777 without trace, is the equally bemusing disappearance of the Malaysian Air Force given that their mil radar seemingly tracked an unidentified a/c right across their own airspace and they didn't seem to do anything about it......

Those huge twin Petronas Towers in KL would make a nice juicy WTC style target if anyone so inclined......
